Field Sales Representative - Sarajevo

Workforce has a partnership with a startup company from the FMCG industry. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Field Sales Representative.

Job Description:

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers across retail and HoReCa channels

• Conduct regular visits to client locations to support sales and operational activities

• Introduce new products and support in-store presentation and visibility

• Track sales performance and identify potential growth opportunities

• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth execution of activities

• Provide updates and reports on market and sales activities to management

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in FMCG

• Strong knowledge of the local retail and FMCG market

• Good command of English

• Valid driving license

• Proficient in MS Office
